Undeniably, Americans have relied on firearms for self-defense and peacekeeping since our colonial days. Guns have played a legitimate and necessary role in our country’s past and they will continue to do so long into the future thanks to the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which was ratified in 1791.
“If they’re smart, they better not knock on my door!” he says.
It’s been called the most important Mid-Term Election of our lifetime. Perhaps that’s an exaggeration, but one thing is clear, Democrats were desperate to wrest control of Congress away from the Republicans as part of their relentless campaign of “resisting and distorting” every action or reaction, taken by the Trump administration. Their desperation was vividly made evident by their underhanded political tactics!
I, for one, thought that critical thinking, especially for those who self-identify as Democrats, was a lost art. Gun-grabbing politicians would have no chance of getting elected if their potential supporters conducted an objective analysis and evaluation of their campaign promises and realized how unconstitutional they were!
No voter should ever be complicit in the act of compromising the Constitutional Rights of another! To do so is simply not American.
However, something has happened that has partially restored my faith in the electoral process. I refer, of course, to the recent movement known as #WALKAWAYCAMPAIGN.COM started by Brandon Straka. In a very short time their membership has grown to more than 210,000 Americans who have left the Democrat Party.

They are billionaires roving the country acting like hitmen with an open contract on the killing of the Second Amendment!
And hanging in the balance of the fight for the high ground in the Supreme Court is our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms for the lawful purpose of self-defense.
